Hello, Pack 48!
Please join us for our May Pack Meeting/Arrow of Light Ceremony!
Date: Wednesday, May 16th
Time: 6:30 pm
What to bring: Please bring your favorite dessert to share.
Our ceremony will be outside... please bring a camp chair and jacket if you like.
Location: The Clubhouse at 30000 Sand Canyon Rd.
Directions from Sand Canyon Rd.:
Take Sand Canyon Rd. across Soledad Canyon Rd. toward Sierra Hwy. Just before you get to Sierra Hwy, turn right into the Sierra Heights Mobile Home Park (second driveway you see... the one with the "Sierra Heights" sign). The Clubhouse will be straight ahead on the right. Parking is along the streets within the park. Please do not block any driveways and allow extra time.

As you know, with every new scout year, comes the re-charter fees. This $75.00 re-charter fee will remain the same as the previous years! The price includes your scouts' registration for the 2012-2013 scout year, his subscription to Boys' Life magazine, and his Cub Scout book for next year. You can make your payment(s) through one of the following methods:
- Via our pre-set PayPal button on this Pack website.
- Or give your check to any Den Leader.
- Or to your Den leader, who will make arrangements to get it to your Committee Leaders.
Please note: Make your checks payable to: Cub Scout Pack 48
Each scout and uniformed leader will be receiving our new and improved Class B t-shirt for free upon payment of their re-charter. While supplies last!! (Parents, this is one small incentive for those of you who are interested in helping out and becoming a uniformed leader.) We may have a few extra shirts and sweatshirts for purchase while supplies last. Please let us know if you are interested in purchasing one for yourself or other relative. Which now brings me to the next topic!
There are plenty of positions out there that we would love for you to volunteer and help out. Please check out the "Leader Page" on our website. There you can find all the duties that Pack 48 has, with details of those duties, and areas of where we can possibly use your assistance. Remember, the more volunteers we have, the less work it is on the already existing leaders. Please let your Committee Leaders know if you are interested in any of the available positions at all. (Even if it's the smallest task).
